2. Products & Digital Content
All products sold on this site (including the Bravery Bundle, printable quests, and digital downloads) are for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the digital files. A single purchase grants a license for one family/classroom use.

3. Personalization
When you order a personalized Bravery Quest, you provide your child's name, brave thing, and optional image. We use this information solely to create your custom PDF and delete the image after delivery.

4. Payments & Refunds
All prices are in CAD. Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are provided once the digital files have been delivered.

5. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including characters (Xyla and Xenya), designs, text, graphics, and printables, is owned by Xyla and Xenya and protected by copyright. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any material without our written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability
Our products are provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of our products or website.

7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
